Every time we visit America we are reminded just how well
they treat their disabled citizens. The National Parks provide
a lifetime Access Pass to all their park facilities and 50% off camping and various other fees within the parks. There was also good access for the physically disabled ramps and paved paths.

Thunder Hole.
Acadia National Park's carriage road system, built by John D. Rockefeller Jr., has been called “the finest example of broken stone roads designed for horse-drawn vehicles still extant in America.” Today, you can hike or bike 45 miles of these scenic carriage roads in the park.
