The Somenos Marsh Open Air Classroom can be found on the north side of Duncan next to the Trans Canada Highway there is a small parking lot. The Ducks Unlimited Nesting area is another 200 meters up the highway and is another good birdwatching viewpoint, You can also visit the Drinkwater Docks on Somenos Lake (north of The Forest Discovery Centre) at the end of Drinkwater Rd on the east of the highway. |
